SMC Roving for class A      2400/4800Tex

MASMC-R- A Roving is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is utilized in the SMC forming process. Our Roving offers good chopability, good dispersion and low static properties. It is suitable for the manufacturing of all kinds of SMC composite products.

PACKING

  • By case: 2 rolls / case. Inside, PE Bag or PE shrinkage package . Outside, corrugated carton.
  • By Pallet: 48 rolls / plt. For 20 Feet container we have two different rolls weight bringing the pallet net weight to 864kg or 960kg and loading of the container to 17.28 m/t or 19.20m/t.
  • If the roving needs to be air spliced, please indicate on the order.

Spray - up Roving       2400Tex

MASP-R-2400 roving is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is product can be used in spray - up process. It is suitable for manufacturing of boats, marine products, bathtub, pipe, tank, Truck carriage, swimming pool and other simple to complicated form FRP products.

Filament Winding Roving (single-end roving)

For Polyester/Epoxy    600/1200/2400/4800Tex

MAFL- SR- 1 to 18 series rovings are continuous and single end roving manufactured by E-glass. They are mainly utilized in filament winding and pultrusion processes. 1 to 9 Compatible with epoxy resin systems. 10-18 Compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin systems.

PERFORMANCE
  • Single end roving, produced by a "direct draw" process. Even tension, no draping property.
  • Silane sizing, Compatible with epoxy resin systems, fast wet-out and high mechanical strength.
  • Good abrasion resistance, low fuzz.
  • Tex Stability, Max + 7%.

MAPUL- MR- 1 to 8 series rovings are continuous and multi end roving manufactured by E-glass. They are mainly utilized in filament winding and pultrusion processes. Compatible with epoxy resin systems.

MAPAN-R-2400 roving is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is product can be used in spray - up process. It is suitable for manufacturing of transparent board ( panel ), Chopped strand mat.
